With over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, Lea has led the accounting and finance function for a wide variety of industries. This includes tech startups, VC backed startups, SaaS orgs, construction companies, and companies developing & marketing medical devices. She has a range of expertise, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Inventory, Budgeting, Cash-Flow Forecasting and Financial Reporting. After working for a CPA firm for fifteen years, Lea decided to take the leap and start her own practice! She is passionate about her clients and fulfills the role of Accounting Manager with confidence, ensuring her clients are free to do what they do best, focus on and improve their business.
